Your personal data may be processed:
for the purpose of performing the contract for delivery of goods or rendering of services,
for the purposes of the claims process,
for the purposes of pursuing claims related to conducted economic activity, which constitutes a justified legal interest of the PDA,
for the purposes of contact in relation to performance of the contract or realization of a claims process

The legal grounds for processing of your data are:
performance of a contract for delivery of goods or rendering of services,
fulfillment of the administrator’s legal obligations, particularly consideration of claims and the issue and storage of invoices,
the legally justified interest of the PDA, particularly with regard to the pursuit of claims and support of customer service,

Your personal data will be stored:
during the period of contract performance, and upon its completion, during the period of pursuing claims,
for the time required for fulfillment of the PDA’s legal obligations or for realization of the PDA’s justified legal interests,
until such time as an objection to data processing is raised,

Your personal data may be transferred to our subcontractors, particularly suppliers of technical and IT solutions, courier companies, national authorities within the scope of their jurisdiction, in relation to the realization of our purposes.

Your personal data shall not be transferred to a third country, i.e. outside of the European Economic Area, which includes European Union member states, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, nor to any international organization.

You are entitled to the right to demand access to the contents of data and to rectify, delete them, limit their processing, as well as to the right to transfer personal data. Moreover, you are entitled to the right to raise an objection to data processing.

You are also entitled to the right to file a complaint to the monitoring body – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, who is concerned with personal data protection in the event where you recognize that processing of your personal data is in violation of Polish law.

Your personal data will not be processed in a solely automated manner.
