Features and accessories

• Vehicle marked with a VIN number (Cynkomet Sp. z o.o. is a registered vehicle manufacturer)
• Vehicle with “Individual Vehicle Approval Certificate”  in accordance with Article 45 of Regulation (EU) 2018/858 with annotation: special vehicle for transporting indivisible loads.
• Approval of the vehicle for registration in the country of destination on the basis of the above certificate: on the buyer’s side
• The vehicle will have a manufacturer’s CE marking plate
• The vehicle will have a WABCO braking system setting plate  

Chassis frame

• Welded – construction made of structural steel with increased strength S355,
• Deck sheathing – checker plate g=5mm;
• SAF drum axles, 11 tons, 2 rigid + 2 self-steering,
• SAF air suspension on 350mm air-bags
• SAF brand 2 inch king pin coupling plate
• SAF HERCULES LGH parking legs, static load capacity 50,000 kg; lifting up to 24,000 kg, compensation feet, two-speed manual drive

Breaking system

• ECE compliant, brand WABCO EBS 4S3M
• working brake with EBS on 4 axes, pneumatic, 2 circuits,
• automatic TASC platform leveling valve (return-to-ride)
• parking brake on 3 axes – PREV – WABCO parking and releasing valve

Cargo space

• Deck sheathing made of checker plate 5mm thick,
• Load securing bars 15 mm in the edge profile, 22 per side

• 2.000 kg lashing rings – 8 per side – stowed in the deck
• Side lowering of the deck to a depth of approx. 400mm – see drawing
• 2-level steel stacks filling the lowered deck
